At every phase of life, our world & society demands a distinctive & great personality to respond to its queries. And those queries can only be solved by a person who is completely or at least having enough knowledge about almost every aspects of life.
It is a curse because we are trapped in the illusion of the materialistic world. And that is because of our desires & karmas (actions).
Whereas, it is a gift because we have an opportunity to get rid of it permanently if we can change our behavior & the way of life by understanding the above fact.
So, to obtain that great personality, we must have knowledge i.e. the knowledge of truth or reality. And, the truth is that the world we are experiencing is just a drama & we are a medium.
The world is not run by us. It is run by the supreme consciousness of which (or whom) many wise people worship with many different names, forms & beliefs. But the ground reality is that we are not this physical body, we are a conscious element that resides & experience the physicality of the universe. But, because we are only believing in the sensory data, we believe (falsely) that we are this physical body & our all the steps in life are just limited to that aspect of existence only which gives you pain forever.
If you can understand & realize this fact that "You are a conscious being & you just have to perform all your actions for the betterment of everyone (including yourself!) & yet you have to be detached intellectually from everything. - You need to become sthitaprajna"
So, sthitaprajna is a personality which has the knowledge of everything and performs all his duties with love, benevolence & compassion instead of being self-centered. Also, he does not expect anything in return (self-less service i.e. seva).
So, school should teach:
- How to become sthitaprajna
- How to become a true karma yogi
- How to understand the heart & mind's involvement in the relationships
- Ayurveda (Yog, Pranayam, Dhyan, Nadi, Subtle Body, Gross Body, Herbal remedies etc.)
- Astrology in detail
- Worshiping God (Supreme Consciousness)
- How to become righteous & ethical in Business & jobs
Do you know one thing? We can never become diseased only by adapting a lifestyle that is advised by Ayurveda. Our scriptures have mentioned everything we need. There are three Gunas (Sattva, Rajas & Tamas) which decides our thought process & finally our actions (karmas). So, if we want to become disease free, we need to have Sattva Guna. And, Satva Guna can be got by several ways (especially by choosing a right food).
Eating sattvic food, practicing meditation, devotion (Bhakti Yoga), and adopting a non-violent lifestyle are ways that you can choose to become disease free. That is the way to be healthy forever.
Also, when you adopt meditation, your mind will become calm.
By adopting devotion (not showing off, but devotion from heart), you can become benevolent & loving.
This way, you can create a personality that is eligible for the true knowledge. Because, we all are trapped in the illusion. We all are living false life, false purpose, false understanding. That is only because of our way of understanding the life. We think only with our mind. We think only logically.
The world is not logical! it is beyond logic.
Of course you can understand the physicality with logic to some extent of understanding but beyond a certain point, you will have to take a support of "faith" because the entire universe in running based on faith.
Our main source of knowledge is just our sensory data in today's world. But that is not the reality.

Meaning: The senses, mind, and intellect are said to be breeding grounds of desire. Through them, it clouds one’s knowledge and deludes the embodied soul.

If you want to get Srimad Bhagvad Geeta, you can read it online from the website mentioned above or you can purchase the paperback book from here: "Srimad Bhagvad Geeta"
So, to answer all the queries of life, we need to first understand ourselves.
If you take the syllabus in school, here is the syllabus:
General curriculum for lower secondary school in India consists of three languages (including the regional language, an elective, and English language), Mathematics, Science and Technology, Social Sciences, Work/Pre-Vocational Education, Art, and Physical Education. (Source: https://www.scholaro.com/)
One thing more, the school is taking exams & evaluating students based on their grades.
Now it is obvious that if I am going to judge Sachin Tendulkar with his singing skills, I am an idiot.
Or if I am going to judge Lata Mangeshkar with her cricket skills, I am an idiot.
Because, everyone is different & everyone having different skills, knowledge, understanding, interpretation skills etc. So, the exams must be such that students are judged & evaluated based on their previous performance and not comparing the results with others.
If I compare "myself of now" with "myself of 5 years before", I can tell you the exact improvement & grades. But if I compare myself with the kids of Mukesh Ambani, I will always think many different positive & negative possibilities of thinking. That is the reason why I needed to write about this topic.
